Nope. Everything was from the ground with an old EOS 40D and a 70-200 F2.8 lens. The small air shows are nice, since you’re much closer to the action. That, and a little bit of luck.

Nothing says motion like airplanes, and this collection is from the Leesburg, VA air show in September 2017. Look close at a few of the biplane images and you'll see a rather insane wing walker hanging around.

I believe it’s a Rosella parrot, which is from Australia, though the picture was taken at Coral World Ocean Park in St. Thomas, USVI.

I went for literal warmth on this one, albeit a bit stylized. First is a shot down the barrel of a propane cannon heater we use to stay comfy on our screened porch. Second is a shot of our fireplace.
