If you ever lived in or visited a socialist country you would never say the foolish things that you have said. I spent a couple of years of my life living in socialist countries for business purposes. While I had VIP status, I saw and heard the profound negative effects that socialism has on real people. This winter you can make a trial for yourself. If you live in a cold place, only heat your house to 50 F.( some folks don't have it that good) Turn off your hot water except for Sunday and Wednesday between 6 and 10pm. If you have a gas stove only use it when hot water is available. Limit your family to 4 eggs and 2 pounds of meat a month - most of it chicken. You can eat all the bread and cheese you can but no gourmet stuff. Sardines will be ok too. A salad will be a large pickle. No fresh vegatables. Eat canned. There a lot more hardships but you can start there.

Anyway, I would really like to start working with Realestate companies do the home photography. I have seen some of the realtor shots, and most are just horrible, not even staging before the shoot. But my question is , I just had an email sent to me wanting me to sign up for a class, which I would have, however, it seemed to me to be extremely expensive. So my question is , Do you really need a class to take photos of a nice home, if you know you are able to shoot the pictures great? Isn't it more economical to get a book on it and study yourself? Its not like your certified to be a professional photo realestate photographer.

There were previous discussions about Nikon going the way of Olympus. IMHO I doubt it. Unlike its competitors, Nikon is owned by Mitisubishi Corporation, with sales of over US$34 Billion and a market cap of over $54 Billion. It can draw on the deep pocket of its parent company. Nikon will be around probably just as long or longer than any of its current competitors. Canon relies heavily on its imaging products which include calculators...Nikon does not, and overall it is still a relatively financially viable company. Trying to compare both companies is like apples and oranges. It is probably the only camera manufacturer that grinds and polishes it own lenses and the other one is Leica...
