This is coming along nicely. I really like what you have done with the background foliage and the chimney.

Beautiful work and an apt title for this piece. The lines throughout flow nicely.

Really good, especially for a first effort. I love her eyes. Your new toy looks like a lot of fun. I look forward to seeing more.

A very fine series of images. It's always nice to get the heron with its catch. Well done!

Dark and foreboding with just a hint of color in the background. A very fine creation.

There are some interesting tips here along with a great car photo. I have been working with ACR and Photoshop for many years now but have had difficulty keeping up with all the new updates the company constantly makes. For instance, I have yet to discover the Point Color tool you reference. Thank you for that. I'm going to look for it. I am also impressed with the wood post fence you created at the left front of the car. It looks pretty good but you didn't have much original fence to work with. How did you do that? Thanks for taking the time to write about your approach. I found it very interesting and useful and think the end result here looks good.

That's a great looking old vehicle and an even better photo. The setting is perfect and the processing masterful. Really well done on all counts.

Since administration is encouraging posting images on the main photography Discussion site I believe I will start posting there also with a photo lean to them.
Lets see, please note that this image was taken with a Sony a1 (best camera on the market today) that should elicit some nice responses.
It was taken with the 200-600 zoom lens, (sharpest zoom lens on the market today) this should get some discussion also.
I like to take my meter reading off green trees which reflect 18% of the light, just like a gray card. Then depending on the color of the bird I under expose using manual one to two stops. Although on all white birds I might go even more stops.
On this shot I pre focused on the branches so when the Male Great Egret came in with nesting material I was ready to shoot and my Sony focusing system was set to Zone and it picked up the male in a nano second.
Shooting at 30 fps and I chose the shot that best described the situation.
Boy, this was fun.

Truly outstanding shot. The shots you post are all top notch and this one is no exception. And thank you for doing the camera and lens research for me. It may be approaching the time I need to reach deep into my savings and purchase the best mirrorless camera and sharpest zoom lens combination currently available.

You don't often get such a good clean look at a Sage Grouse. Terrific capture.

Skillfully executed with available tools. It does speak of Hopper who considered one person as a crowd. srt101fan suggested a different position, and I agree almost. Instead, I would terminate the image at the right side of the cube with only a small section of blank gray beyond. The vertical populated in the image beyond the cube adds nothing to the message; that which does not add detracts.

We humans are overwhelmed by the structures we have created is the message I see. I googled, "Edward Hopper and his "lonely people" paintings" and then clicked on images. Interesting works.

Thanks for the thoughts Don. I will consider your suggestion ("that which does not add detracts") and very much appreciate the fact you took a long hard look at the image.

Thank you Curmudgeon (I've had friends call me that too). I have no intention of changing the figure. I like him as is.

I have thought most of your graphics were interesting, but this one grabs me much more than the others I've seen. A pretty spectacular result.

Thank you very much for the kind remarks. I'm glad you liked the result.
