Slow news day in Jersey?

I called Nikon on your behalf. They said they don't give a rat's ass about what you're going to be shooting in ten years.

Go shoot something with what you have now.

With your pic and your response, I'm still laughing aloud!

Very nice catch.

Thanks Spectre, I enjoy watching from the comfort of my back porch just waiting for a possible good catch. Better than fishing, but others may disagree!

Beautiful, and yes without patience there would be no photos if anything worth while! Good job!

Thank you, and yes I agree!

Yesterday I captured the female, today the male. Patience does pay!

Nice shot. Quite a setup you have.

Thanks oldpsych, I do enjoy the porch area. I have water on the edge of the property, allowing all types of critters. Find it hard to go elsewhere!

Nice setup (and shot). What are the dishes on the flashes?

I shoot in the front yard near the street so I use a second remote camera to watch the tripod.

Those are
7" Reflectors for Bowens Strobe light attached to a bowens S bracket. In addition to the reflectors, you can get the 10, 20, 30 degree grids for them. I have them mounted on a microphone stand with a 20lbs base for stability. Hope this helps. Thanks for looking.
