I'm Lost on This Comment?

If I want to Scan a 35mm Negative it Should Be at 600 dpi not 3200 because thee Photo will Degrade if it's Scanned at the Higher DPI? (3200)?

What DPI Should a Negative be Scanned at if I Need to Enlarge the Image Either to 5 by 7, 8 By 10, & Even Higher to 11 by 14, that information I Need to Know?

Thanks for all the great advice.....I'm glad I asked before spending a lot of time scanning

You're welcome, but not all the advice is great. I just don't want to start an argument with anybody.

I purchased an Epson V600 to digitize photos taken in the 1970s and 1980s. I have both the negatives and prints. I plan to save at 600 dpi and using TIFF.
Question: Which picture format (negative/print) will give me the best results and why.

Once you get on track with it, negs usually are better to scan because they're first generation imagery. Scanning prints is easier, in my experience. There's no need to scan prints at 600 dpi unless you want to make enlarged prints, but I'm sure others may have a different opinion.

I am not (so far) a fan of electronic viewfinders. My one suggestion is try before you buy. You may love it.

I hear ya, but there are a lot of factors behind such a statement. My Panasonic GX7 has a problem with the EVF that took me half a year to solve. Deep in the menus there's a choice to adjust the color, brightness, contrast, etc. for the LCD. Couldn't find a similar choice for the EVF. Then I put my eye up to the EVF and the menu changed to adjust EVF. Ah! Now you have to peer through the EVF to adjust those things, and it was way off. Finally got it dialed in to where it looked like the scene in front of me. It wasn't easy fumbling with those buttons and wheels while I held the thing to my eye, but it's good now. If you take your eye out of the EVF, you're suddenly back to adjusting the LCD.

If I remember correctly, the 1984 LA Olympics was one of the few that paid for itself. LA has many venues available. If not in the city limits, in the greater LA area.

I don't know about the financial results, but I lived there then and the rush hour traffic snarls completely vanished! Everybody adjusted their schedule because of apprehension that traffic would be terrible. That prompted the powers that be to encourage flex hours for businesses. It didn't work.

You will definitely need a mirrorless camera if you are photographing vampires.

Not sure about that. I photographed my ex-wife's entire family on Halloween with my 1899 Graflex.

The point was that it wasn't the bank, but Visa.

That's what WF told you. I seriously doubt it's true.

I was being billed 9.99 a month for emusic; which i never ordered or used. Looking back over my credit card statement I see that this had been going on for a long time. Long story short I had this account taken off my account and they issued me a new card. After a month or so I see that again i was being billed 9.99 a month on the new card.
I called Wells Fargo and asked how could I continued to be billed on the new card. They told me when their billing was rejected Vica gave them my new credit card number.
Can you believe that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sure. Wells Fargo is a criminal entity. Look up WF news concerning opening accounts nobody wants on Google. What I can't believe is doing business with them after about 1985. Don't believe what they told you about Visa; they're a straight-arrow company. There's a 99% chance Wells Fargo sold you out a second time.

Relief Factor which is advertised aggressively is the same. 3 weeks trial for 19.95 and unless you cancel you will be sent the next months supply at around $90.

I agree. Some broadcasters have sold their souls to this company. They work the RF pitch into their talkfest without missing a beat. I'd never consider their product for two reasons. A huge percentage of their revenues goes into marketing, and they don't disclose anything about the product. It's probably a scam, so one day soon they'll probably evaporate, leaving some media companies holding the bag.

I second that notion. It's a winner!

Sure, and that's fine. I made no reference to agreement/disagreement. What's annoying is when the infinitesimal differences in definitions go on and on and on . . . .

Interchangeable lenses rangefinder and the view camera both have interchangeable lens and mirrorless but they are not mirrorless as the term implied. For example the Leica M9 isn't a mirrorless and yet the Leica M-240 is. Calling mirrorless for short a mirrorless camera as I understand it should have the following features.
1. Capable of interchangeable lens. So most P&S and bridge cameras don't quailfiy.
2. Must allow viewing and composing thru the lens. Thus the Leica M9 with only the optical viewfinder doesn't qualify.
