The term "Rembrandt Lighting" is correctly:
Chiaroscuro, an Italian artistic term used to describe the dramatic effect of contrasting areas of light and dark in an artwork, particularly paintings. It comes from the combination of the Italian words for "light" and "dark.
Rembrandt introduced "light from and unknown source" (Chiaroscuro). Therefore, to apply Chiaroscuro, whether in paintings or photography, the composition must strongly contrast light and the dark with the light appearing to come from an unseen source.
Chiaroscuro is easily obtained in, for instance, an oil painting. However, not so in photography. For starters, the image composition must have have strong dark area with strong "unseen" light on one side of the subject and not, obviously, entering from behind the subject. Now, work from there and hope for the best!
Example: Rembrandt's The Storm on the Sea of Galilee, 1633, one of the paintings stolen from the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, Boston, MA, 1990. This Rembrandt is about as far as Chiaroscuro can be taken.

Consider this:
PetaPixel.com reports: Just as different sensors produce different resolutions, different types of film will also produce different resolutions. Roger N. Clark’s analysis of standard 35mm film showcased that depending on the type of film used, the resolution fell between 4 and 16 million pixels. For example, Clark’s study noted that Fujifilm’s Provia 100 film produced a resolution around 7 MP while Fujifilm’s Velvia 50 produced a resolution around 16 MP. Considering that entry cameras such as Nikon’s D3330 produce around 24 MP, 35mm film doesn’t have much of an advantage in this scenario.
That being said, many professional photographers who shoot film opt to do so with medium or large formats. According to research carried out by a team of four industry experts, it was found that medium format film has a potential to capture a jaw-dropping 400 MP photograph, however, after digital scanning, resulted in a resolution of 50 to 80 MP. Another test, also conducted by Roger N. Clark, noted that larger formats such as 4×5 inches can capture 200 MP equivalent photographs after being scanned.

Here it is. A daylight photo would not be a dramatic as yours.
My option for this photo - (a) Do not further adjust contrast or brightness - (b) Crop to eliminate the distracting street light (left side), move balance the right border to the left border, and remove the "light" over the house tallest house - (c) Crop bottom border to water's bottom edge - (d) Crop "sky" about 50% (it appears that a flag pole is on the highest roof - crop to just above that, or eliminate it).
I did a quick edit on your photo and think it is more eye-appealing with the distractions eliminated
I think the semi-B&W affect is much better than a daylight photo would be.
If you would like me to post my "version" of your photo here, let me know.

My experience: Used Watson in camera for a very short time (estimated 2-months) and battery swelled in camera and was difficult to extract.
I have another - Watson B-3410 - that has not been a problem and is in regular use.
Thanks - Didn't copy all text.

A 1/4" rubber band approx. 2.25" (57.15mm) Dia. works well, at least for me, even if the rubber band is a bit loose on a smaller filter.
Thank you for your positive comment.
The San Diego, California, Maritime Museum and nearby docks provide many excellent photo opportunities.
