I entered eight pictures in our little county fair and won nine ribbons. I had never entered in anything before, but thought "Oh what the heck. It might be fun." Five first place, one second place, two third place and one best in show in my age group. I am in shock.
Wonderful shot. Enjoy your 400, I hope to have one someday.

"Upside down, Baby you turn me inside out". No way for me to ride , but they are interesting shots
Such a beautiful and lucky shot.
Rick, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My heart is breaking for you and your family. I can not pretend to know what you are going thru even though I lost my son 19 yrs. ago. We all process our grief in different ways and in our own time. You will Never get over the loss of your son, but Time will help to heal your heart and turn those painful thoughts , that bring tears to your eyes, into precious memories that will bring a smile to your face. Find comfort in the people that he loved.
The downloads take these from beautiful to awesome. Hope your surgery goes well with a speedy recovery.
Well, I guess I'm going to stick my nose out and be the oddball here. There are both good, but #2 stands out to me. I can see many more details and added depth in #2 because of the coloring.
Beautiful set, look like 'WISH YOU WERE HERE' postcards.
Spectacular !!! The only thing it needs is a frame.

As I walked through this place I wondered why so many people invite chaos and drama into their lives and why we do not try to surround ourselves with such simple serenity, unless chaos and drama is what people seek... I for one could very easily adapt to bringing parts of this culture into my life...
I think anytime you put a camera in your hand and go to a place like this, you forget any drama that people try to bring into your life. Thank you for sharing your beautiful shots of this peaceful looking place
All great shots but #1 is breathtaking.
