Finally after 3 days getting software I purchased with my new computer straightened out, and spending 20 hours on the phone with Dell and Microsoft, I am able to get to UHH. I don't have my email set up yet, maybe that'll happen Monday. I haven't yet checked out camera roll and other photo software, to see if that works correctly, but will try that this weekend. Hope everyone has a great weekend and maybe I'll see you with the next challenge.

Hello All! It's been a while since I've been here because of my computer issues. I finally have a new computer coming Monday and hopefully will be joining you all again very soon. I've missed you all greatly. What is the challenge for next week? Hope I can join in! Thanks Johnna

They are fun and they are temperamental. If my husband weren't a mechanic, I wouldn't be able to keep it. Mine you don't dare drive after dark - people don't see you even in daylight and the electrical system is terribly temperamental. The heater works best in summer and not at all when it gets cold - LOL But I still love it.

Yes, you're absolutely right about the electrical system. And I had the same problem with the heater too. Back then, the repair parts were terribly expensive and had to come from across the pond. I hope your hubby has better luck than I did with replacement parts.

I love seeing the toys you folks are sharing both big and small, or old and new. Unfortunately, I lost all of my childhood toys in a house fire. But, I have some to share that mean a great deal to me, that were acquired after the fire.

My dad left these old tractors to me. I think they may have been my brothers toys, but not sure.

I aquired this old wiener mobile recently.

My mother left me her toys.

I am currently scratching my head as to why on earth I decided on this topic. As soon as I did, all ideas went out the window.

But let's give the topic a try. Post toys: big or little, child or adult (family friendly ), games, books. Maybe you have some that you or your children enjoyed. I wonder how many of us will find we've enjoyed similar toys in our past.

Pat, I think your challenge will be a big hit. I'm sure whatever you were thinking will come back to you! Thanks for hosting.
I too had a British Leland MGB. If I remember correctly, it was a 1970 model. I loved that car. But alas, it was temperamental and only started when you held your mouth just right. Then, along came my first child. As you know, there is no room for a car seat in the car. Unfortunately, my beloved MGB had to go. To this day, I miss that car.

Here in S.E. Kansas, our trees are nearly bare. We didn't get much color this year, due to the heat we had this summer.. But I managed to find several that still had a leaf or two and some color. Well, I guess that technically the first and last photos are bushes.

p.3 Hi, Sunny! Wonderful effect options for the hibiscus - you reminded me I need to plant my amaryllis that has been "in a cool dark place" since I took it out of the garden.

Thanks Pat. Yes, you should get your amaryllis planted. I need to prune my hibiscus, but that'll have to wait till spring now.

Thanks Larry for hosting another Free Sunday. I always look forward to them.
I brought my Hibiscus in for the winter several weeks ago, as it was looking pretty sad. The leaves were falling off in mass. I immediately fed it, and to my surprise this morning it bloomed. I didn't particularly like the angle I had taken the photo, so I had a go at changing it up a bit.

Thanks Tim. Rigor Mortis made dressing these gals a bit of a challenge.
Good to be here!
My computer is contrary, sometimes it works and sometimes it just pukes.
