I am still not able to get out so I am confined to my backyard. I thought I would try to get this Bee shot with my 100-400 Canon since I have never done anything like this with this lens.

I was in Vancouver BC and saw this band at a night market. They were great but as I say, I am just getting into black and white. Any help would be great. 1/250 sec, f 6.3, ISO 16000
