Way to go! I'm a Martin guy. They just get better with age (like us). My top is a D42, but my favorite by far is my older HD28. It's more than paid for itself. Love all my Martins. HAVE FUN!

Get inside the bars... Preferably before feeding time. Just kidding. Get your lens up to the open area between the bars, or limit your depth of field.

I'm in with y'all too. Air Force 69-73. Crypto guy, so I traveled a lot. Started with Canon back then, and been with them ever since.

I have, and use constantly, the 70-200L and the 2X converter. This combo has been the go-to for several years, and lots of trips. (Govt. and otherwise)....
