My husband discovered this fellow under one of the boards of the ramp leading to our back door. Apparently, he likes this spot as he can be found there quite often. I got a little heavy handed with the processing because of all those "warts", so forgive me for not showing the originals. They were rather bland, brown toad, brown, sand, mostly dead yellow leaves.
Sailorsmom, I love Wellsboro. We almost bought a house just outside the town, but it was surrounded by a cemetery and my husband told me he just couldn't do it! I would have in a minute. Quiet!!! I could always use quiet. Thanks again for your comments. I am glad you enoyed the post.
Thanks, ebbote. I appreciate your viewing.

Are those the Endless Mountains? I grew up near Wilkes-Barre and spent many summers at our summer place on the river near Mehoopany. Nice work.
This was taken along Rte. 6 near Wyalusing, PA. I hope to get back out there when the trees are in color. It should be soon. Thanks for viewing and your kind comment.
Thanks all for your compliments and critique. I overlooked that the entire mast should have been included. Oops! I appreciate the comment on that. Sometimes I get tunnel vision.
Thank you,
For looking , Ernest.
Thank you Gram 27 for your comment. Pennsylvania has beautiful scenery. The leaves are starting to change now...a bit later than in the last few years.

I've been lucky enough to visit Pennsylvania a couple times this year and so enjoy the drive through the mountains with the low-lying clouds. Just invokes a feeling of peacefulness. Lovely captures.
Taken this past weekend. Both are HDR images processed in Photomatix using three bracketed images. Please try the download. Comments welcome.
I've been fooling around with HDR tonight. This is the first of a couple of scenic landscapes I took this past weekend in northern PA. I used three images for the composite.
Thanks, frjack. It isn't as easy as it looks. I appreciate your taking the time to view the photo as well as comment. It is much appreciated.

Yesterday, we went to the Lycoming Balloon Fest. The weather didn't allow for the balloons, but we did see some racing of various types of motor bikes, ATVs, etc. Here is one of my favorites. Please look at the download. Comments welcomed. I worked on my panning and took so very many photos, but I think I came away with some really nice ones.
Beautiful flower and composition.
