Awesome detail!! very sharp feather detail, Very nice!

I'm what I would call a beginning photographer. Ive taken pictures for a long time with many different kinds of cameras, but am now actually getting into real photography :). I am a retired Montana Sheriff's Dept Dive Rescue specialist and now have time to indulge in my addiction to foreign and domestic travel. I returned not long ago from serveral weeks on the Serengeti in Tanzania on a camera Safari, a life long dream come true. Presently, I am gearing up for extended photography trips to Yellowstone to photograph Wolves. I look forward to viewing everyone's photos and reading advice and tips anyone cares to share. Thank you, I've had the camera three weeks and being pretty much a beginner when it comes to what all the controls are for, I'm learning and am pleased with the results. I appreciate the advice and tips from everyone :)
