Very nice subject Marvin.
I can't find anything in focus in your photo.
Either your focus point was far in front of the subject or you were not stabilized adequately. at 500mm you will get blur if you are not sufficiently stable.
I do however like the composition.

Power Director 13 by Cyberlink will do the job at less than $70. It's a video and slide show editor.
With this program you can adjust a considerable range of settings including white balance.
I've never tried editing videos of more than 10 minutes but if you run into problems with videos of 30 minutes or more, you can consider splitting them into smaller segments (this can easily be done within this program). Remember that if you edit a 30 minute video, you will be applying the modifications to the entire video. This may not be a desired outcome considering the lighting and color variations within the clip.
Good luck

I've had a Canon Maxify MB 2020 for 6 months. It's an all in one small business printer recommended by our consumer magazine for photo printing. It's definitely not a Pro model but prints are equal to or slightly better than Drug Store prints.
Now in regards to your question.
The Consumer testing determined a cost of 85 cents per 8X10 color photo.
I've documented my usage and I work out to $2 per print for 72 color prints for $145 for 2 sets of print cartridges (the ones hat came with the printer and an additional set). The main issue seemed to be with the second set. Canon sent me 3 color replacements.
The same exercise with the initial cartridges worked out to about $1.40 per 8x10 color print. Drug store printing for this format is about $3.50 in our area.
The cost of Canon photo paper is not included. Also, frequency of printer usage has an impact due to printer head cleaning.
I always print at the Standard setting; not best quality.
I have the list of similar printers and their cost per print if this is the category of printer your are interested in.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for looking Simon. I agree that her expression gives the photo all it's value.
Thanks for looking in Rob and King.
Someone posted this on UHH a few months ago and I've used it successfully on a few occasions. It's not a brush option but it works on haze.
In PSE 11 (and other versions I'm sure)
Select UNSHARP MASK
Adjust the AMOUNT at 36%
Adjust the RADIUS at 86%
Adjust THRESHHOLD at level 20. The strongest effect is at level 0. Adjust to your requirements by moving the slider to the level that is appropriate for you.
Depending on the photo, you may also want to play with AMOUNT and RADIUS to suit your preference.
