Yeah. Only problem is anything under 4.5 it adds another 1000.00 to the price tag. Just cant do that yet. Tomorrow my 85-400mm will be here. Just in time for the games. Cant wait to see what i can do with it!! :D

It just being High school ball makes it very forgiving. I shoot semi pro football out here too. They are all friends of mine so they are easy to work with too. Plus they are really good about not running me over on the sidelines. (so far) :-P

Tell me about it!! Im buying a used 400mm on Ebay tonight. Not the fastest but its one I can afford to play with. Night shots will continue to be challenging but we'll see.

An Admin helped me. Im going through Google Chrome so now I'll try and post a few. These were all Taken with my Canon D60. Ive ordered a new 400mm lens but its not the fastest. Just one to play with that I can afford. Blur at night will be an ongoing issue. :( Some stadiums lights are better than others. I'm just loving the challenge!! I'm having a blast! Any and ALL constructive criticism is greatly appreciated!!

Hi everyone!!
In my true fasion I have delved head first into sports photography at night!! Crazy I know!! But my two teen boys love it and I'm not half bad. I've got the Canon D60 and am struggling when the sun goes down!! By the time Varsity plays I'm battling blurr. I'd LOVE to reach mid field better and would REALLY LOVE to hit the other side light or no light! I'm getting good with post production tweaking because of the settings I've found to work best make them come out on the dark side so i can lighten them and sharpen a bit. I'm currently looking on Ebay for a 400mm but since I'm still so new cant really invest that much. ANY info, advise, direction would be GREATLY appreciated!!
