I saw that picture the other night, I went back and looked at it three times. Nice job.
I think it looks great, the main subject is in good focus and the foreground and background are a little out of focus which draws you to the man.
I should mention that I also just picked up a Nikon 28-300 f3.5 also a nice lens but it does not compare to the 70-200 f2.8 but I bought that lens just for a walk around lens for my D 600
I have the Nikon 70-200 and I love it a bit heavy but would never want to be without it well worth the money.
Great pictures, I am heading up there in two weeks hopping my images come out as nice as yours.
I was at a farm down in RI recently, coming from the city I did enjoy myself. The O X in the picture with me weighed in at 1900 pounds.
thanks all it does look better in HDR but you are right I got it off the stove just in time.
Thanks for the advice I am still learning and just starting to get a half decent picture of fast moving objects.
Old truck I came across down in SC last week.
I was out yesterday and a cold, dreary, rainy day trying to get some practice shots and I got this one of a Gull flying by with a Clam he just pulled out of the shell.
A couple of pictures of the Ducks down in Plymouth Harbor, this would be Plymouth Mass. by the Mayflower.
Out of Focus, these were shot about two weeks ago, the top one was the day after the storm because, the day of the storm i could not get much detail out in the water because of all snow flying around. We ended up with thirty inches where i ;live in Quincy. Camshy, we are looking forward to spring but it seems like it is going to miss us this year.
Just another one of the many winter storms to hit us this winter.
They were calling for 3-4 inches of snow yesterday and today with some flooding. We ended up with 18" and major flooding in some areas. These boats where just siting around waiting for the spring and i saw them when i was out shooting storm pictures.
