It is a Black-and-white Warbler. When trying to identify a bird it is often helpful to include where and when the picture was taken. Even the conditions that the picture was taken in can be useful. Some warblers will appear much different in the fall than they will in the following spring. Nice pics.
You are correct. It is a Barred Owl.

Actually, they migrate through Florida just as they do through Texas. I just saw one a few days ago at Fort Desoto Park.
To be specific, the second bird is a female Eastern Towhee. The Rufous-sided Towhee was split into Eastern Towhee and Spotted Towhee.
They look like Elegant Terns.
