I love this picture. Brings back good memories of my time in Tucson.
You know, I have been keeping quite about snarky comments on this forum because I am new to it but when one is directed my way I cannot be quiet.
I live in a very high cost of living city in Arizona. I work as a firefighter and paramedic and do not make a lot of money to start with. If EdJ0307 new the entire story and the PM messages that I have exchanged with S maybe he would keep quiet. I fully intend to honor the S asking price because I feel that it is a very fair price. I am not trying to get cheap. I just need time to get the money together. So for the rest of the ones on this great forum that choose to write such posts, my advise is to keep quiet until you know the full story.
100-400, nice lens. Money is tight right now. Let me see what I can scrounge together.
Thanks
The lens and how much? Do you have any problems between the 200 - 300 range?
Thanks for replying.
What condition is it in and how much? Do you have pictures?
Specifically EF 70-300 IS USM. If any one has one they would like to sell please let me know.
Thank you so much. This helps a great deal.
So an EU lens would work on my 70D purchased in the states. It just does not have a USA warranty.
I have just been told that a lens considered an import cannot be used on a USA camera body. Is this true and should I beware if Canon imported lenses.
Just love the little ones. Great pics, post more when you get them.
Thanks all. I am really looking forward to learning as much as experience will allow me.
Those are what you would call tailings piles from the mining that happens in that part of Arizona. I lied in Tucson for 13 years and you can really see those on the way to Tubac on Highway 19. Sometimes, depending on the sun and moisture you can get some real vivid colors on them.
I used to be in the photo club way back in high school. Got away from it and now looking at getting involved again.
I just purchased the Canon EOS 70D with the 18-135 IS STM lens kit. I am having a great time learning all over again. Digital is a bit different than 35mm film. One of my first pics with new camera attached.
Picture of friend's dog.
