28-90 sound good, it depends on how high you fly above the scenery. I got good results 2 weeks ago with my 24-105mm (full frame) on a Cessna above the Nazca lines in Peru.
Thanks all for the warm welcome, and not teasing me about listing my 16-35mm lens as 17-35.
After reading UHH for 3 years, I find I have something to add from time to time. Time to to register. I love travel photography and returned from Rio and Iguasu in July and leave for Peru for 2 weeks Sept. 13. I plan to take my new Canon EOS 5D SR and Canon 24-105, 17-35, and 70-200 2.8. Will see Machu Picchu, rain forrest at Puerto Maldonado, and fly over the Nazca Lines. Any suggestions are welcomed.
