Was there an extended warranty offered ? If so I would have purchased it.

I’m 75 and had the same problem . I bought a monopod ( from KEH ) $165 new , got a new one in the box for $63.
Forget it . If you spent the time doing what he expects you would loose the shot . I hope it wasn’t too expensive . If your having any particular issues go to Utube it will be less frustrating.
I get updates from Apple , Adobe , topaz etc. I know there there but I do my updates at the same time . There is nothing that can’t wait.
I keep my camera in the trunk . It doesn’t get hot or fog up

I see your specs but if you are using Topaz a big issue is that your Opel GL is at least 4.3 or higher.
