"Till death us do part", 1932, 1994 - married in '34, and still had more than ten years ahead of them in '84. Can truly say they spent a lifetime together - their mothers walked them out in their "prams" together and they were in the same class in elementary school.
So I decided to add the class photo (because I think it's a hoot); undated, but maybe 1915/16 (?), near Manchester, UK; I labelled them on their white tunics, AB and FH. I wonder how long they've been doing class photos? I have one of FH's father, and his class photo must be from the late 1870s. I guess photographers of the day were good sales people, but then this was perhaps an easy market!
Thank goodness for the changeability of fashion!
