I'm on the northern end of Seal Beach. The barbed wire is a fence separating a a soccer field (Los Alamitos) from the Joint Training Base (military also in Los Alamitos). The base has a lot of vacant fields adjacent to their runway that attracts various birds, especially raptors. Thanks for commenting and viewing. Don

I went back to a soccer field that adjoins a large section of vacant land where a number of raptors and other birds hang out. Spotted the Kestrel (again) getting a late afternoon snack. Admittedly I did use PS's sky replacement as I did not like the original sky. Shot with Nikon D500 80-400. Best viewed in download. Thanks for viewing.
