For the bundles, try for a body and only a single IS-enabled lens. Everything else in the bundle, including the EF 70-300 lens, is inferior and your money would be better spent buying higher quality filters, tripod, memory card, 2nd battery / charger, etc, individually, and only if / when needed. The Nikon D7200 is also a great body with the same comments about anything included in the bundle beyond the camera body and the single VR-enabled lens.
