It includes all types of transportation; but, you might wish to check out the NC Transportation Museum; link https://www.nctrans.org/.

I have been far more pleased when forced to use my cell phone for photography since I added an app allowing me to save in RAW. It provides far more PP capability.

For my D610 my got to lens is the Nikor 28-300. It has proven to be an excellent all around lens; possibly a little soft in some situations but overall excellent (see Ken Rockwell review). Recently I added a Nikor 16-35 and I must admit that I am having a most enjoyable time with it and plan to use it extensively in the future.

As I recall the D500 does not have a built in flash so I would be remiss if I did not mention the SB400. It is one of the smallest and most simple flashes ever made by Nikon; but, also one of the most versatile. They are only available used on eBay for about $125; I like mine so much I have two, one with my primary camera (D610) and one with my backup (D7100). This is not a big fancy flash as it only has an on/off switch and is controlled by the in camera functions; however, I find myself using mine better than half the time. It is about twice as powerful as the average on camera flash and due to its small size it is unobtrusive when you are in a crowded situation plus you can easily carry one in your pocket.
Again it is simple, small, and powerful enough for those personal situations where you are not looking to light up the world. Look at Ken Rockwell's review (https://kenrockwell.com/nikon/sb400.htm#card).
For larger situations I have a SB600 I picked up used off eBay and a couple Nissins that I have found to be excellent (at a lower cost).

Best I can determine your analysis of the Hallmark Channel is correct. In their defense I would point out that having no more than a few scripts and actors saves on production costs as little rehearsal is required and there is no need to have many writers.

I have a strong preference for the Midnight Milky Way. The extra dark gives it a significantly greater impact.

Truly a fantastic photo with great colors and composition off the charts (except for that pesky twig on the left).

My advise is going to reflect that of CHG_CANON, as far as the wedding ceremony leave it to the hired professional and simply enjoy our granddaughter's wedding (store a lot of mental photos). Now as to what I have found to be successful (and appreciated) was informal photos at before parties and receptions after (even with these I discussed my presence with the professional, if they were at these). You will be able to use your flash, you will be able to make lens changes if you wish, and you will be able to forward them your photo's (after your post work) far faster than they will get anything from the professional.
I have several thank you cards from family members for supplying these informal shots.

Those are truly fantastic photos. From your comments about setting in water up to your chest to get these shots it is obvious that you are willing to go to any distance to get great photos.

I will join in the chorus recommending the Nikon SB-400. It is the greatest answer to a simple, light weight, rugged flash with TTL capability. I currently have two (purchased on eBay) one with my D610 bag and one with my D7100 bag. I have written on this site about them and highly recommend you look at Ken Rockwell's review https://www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/sb400.htm.
I cannot recommend this flash unit highly enough.

I cannot say enough positive about the Nikon SB-400; I have written on here several times about them. Suggest you looking at Ken Rockwell's review, https://www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/sb400.htm.

Initially I was drawn to the 2nd (horizontal); however, the longer I looked the more I saw in the 1st (square) largely due to the moon light, complete tree, and especially the lighthouse. Somehow the 1st is just much better balanced and conveys more of the overall scene.
