Not real computer literate, I have seen people say on here they don't like windows 10. My question is " if I don't accept windows 10 will my computer still be useable"? P.S. I love this site and have learned a lot just reading the posts on here, and some awesome pictures being posted.

My vehicles are 1999 Mazada B-4000 pick up and 2001 Mazada MPV mini van, both paid for and the pickup still has the orginonal tires on the rear have replace both front tires. Since I retired I dont drive the pick up much go riding in the oil field ocassionally and to the dump once in a while. If i have to make a trip I rent from Enterprise they have a good rate and I get to drive a new vehicle.

we drove out to San Francisco a few years ago, I might add if you get a chance go see Winchester house or castle something like that. It was names after the man that created Winchester fire arms I believe. He died but his wife continued to build this house it is one of a kind. NO photos can be taken inside the house.

Most of the people who talk trash about the Vietnam war were never there. I was on a ship in the Tonkin Gulf and saw many Vietnamese as well as U.S. Service men brought back to our ship all shot up. Maybe we weren't suspossed to be over there but we were because our leaders told us to be there, right or wrong we were proud to defend our country. I praise the ones who fought and returned safely home. I was in Vietnam, my son was in desert storm and my wifes brother was in Vietnam and now suffers from agent orange. Any 3 of us would be proud to fight for our country again if needed.

An oil field pioneer here in the city used to have I believe 3 of these right in the city here in Farmington NM. He has passed away and I don't see these giant creatures in the grassy area anymore, but possibly they are way on the back of his big spread.

To Jerryc41.............after many years of hauling gasoline to service stations. You can set off gasoline fumes simply by dragging your feet on the pavement causing static electricity. The wind can cause static electricity setting off fumes. Dragging hoses across pavement to put them back on the truck can cause static electricity. Just putting the nozzle in your filler neck could cause static. The reason they advise you to stay outside your car while refueling on some seat covers simply sliding in while fueling could set off the fumes.

Nice catch on all the photos. They bring back memories as I was stationed on Treasure Island for a couple years, there fore I have traveled the bay bridge many times at least half of it. It was double decker back then, traffic on top deck going one way and bottom deck going other way. Later when I got on a ship we used to pull into Hunters Point for repairs. I understand there is no military at all now in the San Francisco area.

Very nice pictures, brings back memories as I was stationed on Treasure Island for about 2 years , therefore I traveled the bay bridge at least half of it many times. It was a double decker then, someone said the new bridge is just one deck coming and going. I also made it into Hunters Point on my ship later for repairs. I understand there is no military at all in the San Francisco area now.

Many years ago El Paso Natural Gas Co. had a vessel this size moved from I believe the Gallup New Mexico area to Farmington New Mexico area. It wasn't moved on the highway but cross country using a big caterpillar to move it. Possibly one caterpillar pulling and one pushing I don't remember all the circumstances, but it was certainly a big deal back then.

A couple years ago we drove from New Mexico to San Francisco, actually staying a little south of Frisco. We enjoyed the train ride in each day to the city. As we left we drove hiway 1 down the coast, there was one spot we stopped at and you could look down on the ocean there must have 100's of the sea lions relaxing on the beach. It was a really nice and warm day and every once in a while they would use their flippers to throw sand on their bodies, cooling themselves I suspose. It was a very pretty sight.
