Here are a couple from a night dive in Bali.

Anemone
Housings range from simple (Ikelite) to very expensive (Seacam) and all steps in between. You need strobes, but what else you need will depend on your camera and lens choices.

A couple more from a recent trip, the nudi is from PNG, the snail is from Bali

Kaloplocamus
This was shot at Anacapa, probably at Underwater Arch, but not clear from my memory. When I shoot nudibranchs, I often take a home made stage down with me, basically a 1/4 inch thick piece of Al with some legs made from loc-line arms. I have a series of colored plastic pieces that I can put the nudi on and sometimes have a piece of black glass used for stained glass that I also use if I want reflections. All of this in homage to David Doubilet's nudibranch series from Indonesia that he shot on a special stage made by the Nat Geo boys.

Here are a couple of nudibranchs. The first is a Babikina from our local Los Angeles waters, the second is a "donut" Doto from Papua New Guinea.
The Babikina is shot with an Olympus E-M1 and 60 macro lens from Olympus, the second was shot with the Sony A 6000 and the Zeiss 50 macro lens.
Enjoy, Bill

"donut" Doto (sp) from Papua New Guinea
Here is a tiny Porter's Chromidoris (if they are still Chromodoris)
Sometimes you just can't get in front of one.
Bill
I send them in to nudipixel occasionally but they take months to post them.
Bill
Great, my nudi identifier is busy editing video so she can't help.

No container, these were shot somewhere around 60 feet down in PNG. I do take with me a little posing stage that I put nudibranchs on to try to bring out there amazing shapes.

Some more nudibranch closeups from PNG
Unidentified (to me) small yellow nudi
Chromodoris magnifica
Here are a couple of more nudibranchs from a recent trip to Papua New Guinea. These are shot with a Sony A6000, Zeiss 50 macro lens with an additional +15 wet diopter. Enjoy, Bill
Small Yellow Nudibranch
Chromodoris magnifica
We do a lot of local (Los Angeles) diving but also all over the south Pacific, Indonesia, PNG, Solomons, Philippines, Fiji, plus a tiny bit in the Caribbean.
Probably I should put them in the underwater section, but I love macro of all types and wanted to share.
Here are three nudibranchs from a recent PNG trip to Milne Bay. Sony A6000, zeiss 50 macro lens, Nauticam housing.
