A percentage of firearm related homicides means nothing. If people want to kill, they kill. I even investigated one homicide in which the victim was stabbed to death with a fondue fork.

My first Sony was the a350, and I bought several G lenses for it. Unfortunately my 350 was a lemon that focused 1 1/2 inches behind my focus point, and by the time I found out how to, and did fix it. the joy was gone as was the camera. I bought the NEX 7 and the adapter and Sony G series 70-400 lens. I managed to get a lot of decent shops, but hand held with anything more than a small lens resulted in "not so sharp" pictures because the adapter does not allow image stabilization. At the time there was not much in the way of e mount lenses that interested me, Now, I have the a77 II which works perfectly with my good a mount lenses, giving great photos (even good ones hand held with the 70-400), and the NEX 7 with its e mount 18-200. I do not think the a mount is going away; I just think the e mount is an up and coming alternative.

I'm a native Floridian (there are some), I never heard all ya'll until I moved further north. If I was looking at one person, that person was ya'll, but if I was addressing a group, the group was ya'll. And ya'll can spell yawl any way you'uns like.

I just checked this site, https://www.ldproducts.com, and then the Epson site to compare prices for ink for my Epson Stylus Photo r3000 printer. The Epson site was $3.00 cheaper per cartridge.

Is Hacksaw a TSA agent? Unreasonable was not mentioned in my post, but reasonable was. Posting a sign anywhere cannot deprive me of my rights, which are guaranteed by the constitution. Congress has enacted many illegal bills and the Supreme Court has made many decisions that were based on expediency, not the constitution. I'm sorry you feel the way you do, and I do not expect to change your view. I have spent my life being the sheepdog, not the sheep. As I said, fool the people and they (the sheep) will give up anything to feel better. You guys continue the conversation all you want and I will not contribute to it further, but I had to point out the unconstitutionality of and thereby the illegal activities of the TSA, and other screeners, the majority of whom are polite and otherwise decent people.

The trouble with the TSA method is that it is a complete violation of the 4th amendment which protects us against search and seizure except with a warrant or for reasonable cause. The only way to end that protection is to declare martial law and that is limited to a short time period. The sheep have been fooled into believing that as long as they are being protected, it is okay if we give up our 4th amendment rights. But that is not so. The Israeli's have developed an extremely good system. We could learn it. Train security personnel at airports, courthouses and other government buildings what to look for (not who) and our rights will be restored at the same time our security will improve. Remember all passengers were being violated on 9/11.
