Thank you for the reply.
Growing up in St. Cloud MN, my family never had a budget for traveling, so when I drove home from TX one year with my daughter to visit them from TX, when we were leaving for home and got in the car I asked her, "How would you like to spend a week in Duluth?" As she looked at me with those deer in the headlight eyes, she said, "What about dad?" I said, "I guess we could call and ask him?," smiling.
We spent a wonderful week in Duluth and I hope you enjoy the photos.
Thank you so much. I love taking close up photos of their beautiful faces.

The driver told us that in this area people do not mind for you to take their photos, whereas in other parts of the country, you do not.
Thanks, animals are difficult to catch, aren't they?
As a child, our family did not have a travel budget, therefore growing up in St. Cloud, MN, I didn't get to go to Duluth. Therefore, one year when I traveled home from TX with my daughter to see my family, when we got in the car to drive home, I asked her if she'd be up for a week in Duluth. She just look at me with those deer in the headlight eyes and said, "What about dad?" I said, "I guess we can call and check with him," smiling. Of course we went and had a wonderful week.
Duluth sits on the north shore of Lake Superior on the westernmost point of the Great Lakes. It is the tourist destination for the midwest. Of course it was pretty cool when we went, so we didn't have to fight off the crowds and we both like the cold, but we did end up buying some fleece jackets.
Hope you enjoy the pictures.
Roadrunner, can anyone join. I'd like to share Duluth from my home state of MN if I can.
Chihuly is one of my very favorites and this is a fantastic photo! The colors are amazing.
Absolutely love your second image; the pose is so perfect and proper looking. He or she is gorgeous set against that bright beautiful blue background.
