I purchased an interval timer for my Canon T3. I have gotten the programming down pretty well. Now, I'd like for someone here on UHH to give me (and others that have one) some ideas about setting the camera up for some night photos to produce some light-trails, etc.
I hope someone on the site could direct me to this information that might ba available here, or tell me where I can find it.
Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

Hswader here.

Thank you for the information on cutting the sheet. Now that I have all the information I think I'll need, I'll be getting the material need ASAP.

Thanks again
Yours, Haskell

I think I'd like to make a copy of your light tent, but could you supply the measurements for cutting the sheet? Or do I go with the sizes of the pvc pipe you gave?
I could go by that, but it may be easier to some if they were mentioned.
Thank you for providing the info on the tent.

Yours, Hswader

Three shots of this waterbird at the Dallas Trinity Audubon Center. I was about 25 yards away and he paid little attention to me after a couple of seconds of looking straight at me. Must have thought I was no threat. Anyone know what it is? I stored the originals for a closer look.

I'm pretty sure it's a blue heron. I've seen then now and again up in my ' neck 'o the woods'. Don 't have any current photos of them at the time, though, sorry.

Thank you for that link, Paul. Saved me a little 'finger walking' with "Wolley Segap". Lol!

Thank you, Paul, for that info. I'll try to check it out on a web search later. Don't know why I didn't ask the owner about it when I had a chance. He was standing around it at the time.
Dumb me! Anyway,I thought he did a pretty good job on it. Hope I did it some justice in photographing it

I thought #4 was a 1957 NSU Prinz but it's not. It is very similar.

Did you get a better shot of the front with the logo or the rear? This would help my old memory cells.

Oops! Sorry about that. I wasn't looking at #4 when I commented, okay?

Fiat possibly !!!

Beg your pardon, but;
Look at the front plate, ok? It is a Ford emblem, both on the radiator and the chrome plate below.

I thank you for your input, though.

I thought the lighting was better from the front, but I'm not too good at taking pictures yet.
It had a Ford emblem on the front; I assumed it was a Ford, ok?

Here's a couple of photos of our local Labor Day 'cruise-in'. Hope you like them. All have had a little PP through Zoner software.

amfoto1,
Don't know very much about all that tect stuff. Just what works for me, ok?If you'll PM me, I'll send you the info on what I bought on e-bay the other day. I'll include a photo of the very tube set that i got.
Hey, it works for me. The photo I've included was taken using the macro tube ring extension, ok? {hswader@yahoo.com}

The photo has been PP and cropped.

They are called spacers, usually come in a set of 3 and fit in between the lens and the camera. They allow you to move your camera closer to your subject and still be able to focus. Although you can't beat the performance of a good macro lens, these work quite well depending on which lens you attach them to.

Ranked, I just bought the spacers mentioned. On e- bay, they cost me around $8.00 and change. Also have some close-up filters. I have tried both , but I think I like the spaces better. If you'd like, I can post several pics that I just took yesterday using same. BTW, I am using the 35- 80mm lens on a Canon EOS T-3. I'll check back on this post later, OK?
