I have adapted to using the Sigma 18-300 as a walk about lens. The 150-600 sport is just to heavy for me to hand hold. Am thinking about Sigma 50-500. Anyone know the difference in weight between these 2. Cannot find it on b&h site. They used to post lens weights.

If I had it, I could spend 100k on prime lenses. I have Tamron 16-300, 70-300, and had 150-600. Haven’t used them in over a year. IMO sigma has it over them across all ranges. I have the Sigma 16-300 and 150-600 sport (For me a real bear without support). The 18-300 demonstrates vignette between 18-135mm
