Perhaps, but your statement neglects to factor in Biden. Biden is an imbecile. HRC is a flawed individual but I had no doubt that she was very bright. Evil? Probably. But genuinely stupid? No. Is there someone that is conceivably dumber than Biden? Of course! Look no further than his running mate that is still wiping some Willie Brown off her chin.

What is becoming more obvious is that the puppet masters are not going to let a smart, articulate, uncompromised, individual make it to the ballot. RFK Jr is infinitely more articulate than either Biden or Trump but he's not beholden to the puppet masters and all he really does is divide the vote further.

A lot of innocent people get put on trial. That is what the trial is for, to find out if they are guilty or innocent.
As an alternate juror I watched a traffic case end in less than one hour when the Defense called a CHP officer to testify for the truck driver. 1. the rookie city cop cited the wrong vehicle code 2. even if it had been the right code number what the driver did wasn't illegal on that road and 3. the road in question was CHP territory, not city police territory. The Judge dropped/dismissed the case and advised the young cop to take a refresher traffic code course.
