Srfmhg, thanks for the narrative of the "Giant's Causeway", great pics. One question in pic #1, just over the
n in the word Download. When you download and hit the + it looks like a childs drawing of a face.
The color reproduction from an IPS monitor allegedly reproduces better colors. Are these colors then produced any better on an inkjet printer?
Good morning, to those of you who I missed yesterday. Thank you for your responses and I will be looking back at these inspirations when I encounter and tight spots.
To all the UHH family you have been a great help in my decision to try Lightroom Classic. Hopefully this new project won't be too hard. Will share with all of you any questions and concerns that I encounter.
To All UHH responders, thank you very much. I am almost ready to notify Adobe to start my subscription. Just 2 more questions.
1. How many computers can I impute Lightroom Classic on?
2. Is the learning curve steep?
Thank you Bleirer, I am taking notes and it looks like I will be installing Lightroom Classic to my computer.
That is a great point when you shooting in AFC.
Thank you Bill I appreciate your help and insight.
VTL, thanks to you also and the UHH crew who have responded. This has increased my knowledge and made me think about maybe shooting RAW and JPEG.
Thanks Joe, good point in the fact that the JPEG will not be overwritten.
Thanks C C this help clear up some of my confusion . Lightroom Classic will work on jpegs just to a limited amount but it will decrease the time spent editing.
Thank you for the reply Schwabo. I guess then it comes down to the price factor. Is it worth the monthly price for limited use it will afford?
What are the benefits of "Lightroom Classic" if the vast majority (90-95%) of my photographs are action and shot in jpeg?
I have used this lens on several occasions. It is a great lens but, it is HEAVY. This is not a walk around type lens. You will be greatly surprised with the IQ. On a crop sensor (7D2) it was fantastic. If you can rent the lens for a try out and then decide.
Just a quick question. Did the sales person recommend this lens because you already have Canon glass? If so all you might need is and adaptor (MC11), which will allow you to use the Canon glass you already have.
