What more can I say that hasn't been said!!!
So you think there are only pros on this site? I switched from a D 5300 (although not a pro camera per your thinking) to an X series mirrorless and I can get just as good results as with the D 5300 and a lot less weight. I'm 83 and weight is important to me now. The only downside is no view finder.
As this was posted on the photo gallery, I fully expected a photo. Next time, please in the correct location.
I am not a fan of bird shots, but there is something about that last shot that grabbed my attention. I believe it is worthy of framing.
I am a retired Marine (Vietnam vet) and my wife is a Marine also. Our daughter is proud to be a Marine Brat. If I had it to do again, I would run, not walk to the recruiting office
This reminds me of the old country song, "Give me 40 acres and I'll turn this rig around".

I've been there many times, but you captured it all!
As usual, they are all great.
Some years back I had a Canon p&s and it had an aquarium setting. I was a couple of feet back from the glass and it worked great!! What I would give to know what those settings were now!
Great shots. How did they build all the stone walls and where did the stones come from? The fields don't appear to be rocky.
Thanks to all of you for your suggestions. I had not heard of them before now.
I have changed from my Nikon DSLR to mirorless because of weight, I recently had a stroke. I have the Fugifilm X-A3 and I like it very much, but no view finder. So what is the answer for shooting outside in the sunlight? The hoods availiable are cheap plastic and just don't work. Is so called antiglare stick on really work?
Thanks, sailorsmom! My new 50-230 is on the way.
