I was born and brought up in Brooklyn NY and lived close to Sheepshead Bay. There were a fleet of party fishing boats that I would work on. I fished all of Long Island, Jersey Shore and Montauk. Yes the tuna were yellow tails, along with albacore. They were nice fighting fish. Most of the summer would be bluefish. Winter codfish. The largest fish I brought in was a small hammerhead shark about 75 pounds (a baby). Every Memoral and Columbus day weekend we would make a run out where the Andrea Dore sunk. What big codfish we caught there. A lot of fond memories.
I caught quite a few tuna in my day, but nothing the size of the ones in your photos. :shock:

I agree with you belloz, I don't see the tilt.
