Dear Lensbaby007:

I LOVE your photo of the Coneflower! Spectacular. Which program do you use to make the vignetting?
All the best,
Susie Q

Hi Susie Q,

Thanks for the compliment! I'm new here, and haven't posted many photos...still intimidated! My camera is a kodak, and I used the kodak editing for the vignetting.
Thanks again,
Lensbaby

Dear Lensbaby007:
I have a Kodak Camera too. It is an Easyshare M531. It only has 3x zoom. I am sorry that I didn't pay more attention to that aspect. It is my point and shoot camera. I also have a Canon DSLR camera. I carry that Kodak with me everywhere cause it is smaller. It takes some really great photos. Which model did you get and when you say "kodak used for editting" do you mean kodak gallery web site? Sorry to be so nosey, but I really like the subtleness of the vignetting and colors on your photos....

Wow, you have a kodak, too! I have two - a Z915, which has a l0X zoom, and a Z990max, which is their bridge model. I also carry the p&s with me everywhere. Did you get the kodak software with yours? It doesn't do all that much, but I like the vignetting. I dream of having a Canon dslr, but I feel I need to learn more first. May I add you to my buddy list - I would love to talk to you when I'm ready for that BIG purchase!

Dear Lensbaby007:
Yes, please add me to your buddy list and I will add you to mine. Gosh, I can't remember if I got any software with my Kodak camera. I use Photoshop for many things, although I haven't mastered the vignetting on it yet. I have a Canon Rebel DSLR camera and love it! It can be used in completely auto mode or all the manual settings. But, I just don't want to carry it with me at all times, so....I like having a trusty p & s with me in my purse. But, I have really used this poor little old Kodak of mine, even though it is probably only one year old. It does quite a bit of good picture taking, but when I really want something special I get the "big guns" out- the Canon...You could use the Canon Rebel easily. It is well know for being appropriate for first time DSLR users.
All the best,
Susie Q

Hi Susie Q,

I just looked on the Kodak website, and you can download the software to your PC for free.

Have a beautiful day 8-)
