Wow..thanks! I appreciate all of your replies. I will set some custom settings so that I can always switch over. I am trying to get into manual more but I resort back to P when I do not trust myself. I did shoot in raw so I can edit. I am not good at editing yet but trying to learn elements 10. I wish I had more time!

I was taking pictures of my daughters prom last night. I do not always shoot manual, I am more or a P mode and make adjustments. Last night I changed to manual for a couple of pics and forgot to change back. I am so mad at myself.

So my question is "what is your routine" that you go through. I get caught up in the moment and start shooting without the checks and balances.

Did your file numbering system change aka 9999 to 0001...they might be our of order or in a new file?? Good luck

New to the site. I have a lot to learn but looking forward to it. I shoot with a D7000. Mostly sports and family stuff but I want to start shooting more so I am looking forward to the weekly challenges!
