Sunny day for my walk in river park north. Tar river on the rise. Strange duck spotted on fast moving water inlet from the river. The ugly little nutria (river rat) moved up into the main park area. almost run over by deer stampede when a dog flushed it out on the other trail (was potential for great shot but I reacted too slow. still got a good 5 mile walk in.
great shots. makes me want to enlarge and explore every detail of the action.

we are at max capacity to properly spoil 2 dogs and 2 cats all rescue
yes the last one is just after being hit with snowball. at first he thought he was in trouble but soon figured the game out and started trying to catch them.

This is our Tibetan Mastiff named Axel. we did not know that he was only 6-8 months old when we got him from animal control. they grow for 5 years before maturity and to well over 100lbs. He is about 115lbs now.
was not sure about snowball fight but soon got into spirit
the day we got him
recent event
he can fly during one of his "mad dog runs"
keeps watch on yard for squirel invasion
couch potato at times
watches tv with niece
after i rescued a racoon from him one night
