If Maccain were in charge we'd now have troops in Iraq, Libya, Egypt, Yemen, Syria and possibly Iran. Maccain would probably as China to loan us the money for these actions as Bush/Cheney did with the earlier Iraq/Afghanistan wars.
My copy of the Constitution must be outdated. According to Article 1, Section 8, only Congress has the authority "To borrow Money on the credit of the United States."
