I would advise you to consider the D7100 instead there are many nikon refurbished at good camera stores like Adorama for example. I just got a body only for $699.00 and it had only 20 actuations on it which came from nikon testing it. in other words it was really new. Its much better than the d7000 and cheaper than the D7200 which is new and $1200.00 body only. There is nothing wrong with the d7000 but you'll find the prices almost the same. you can usualy find a refubished with the kit lens as well. Hope this helps you

I bouhgt one in mid feb thats a great price. when i chaecked the acuation count in photoshop the camera had only 20 accuations probily from testing to see that every thung worked

Why not the d7100 its quite sharp and uses both dx and fx lens?
