Great flower pics everybody. Too bad we can't smell some of them. ;) Now I can't wait for spring, and were hardly into winter! :)

WOW! Who knew so many people love to grow / photograph / just look at Flowers! This makes me very happy!!!

I knew that many people love flowers as I do and I'm so glad this topic has pleased you. I'm sorry that it annoyed someone, but the cool thing is, they can look at something else with just one click. I too, am loving seeing everyone's flowers. We can have springtime all winter.

One critic amongst all the others? You can never please everyone. All in all, I would say big success, look at the size of the thread.

Tracey, I have to say, I am shocked to see it grow so fast and it Pickles me tink to see so much of God's beauty all in one place! Thank you all for your wonderful contributions. It's Ok for someone to be annoyed, I'd just rather see them happy.

I want to thank all of you for your kindness. I'll be posting new photographs soon!

Well, whatever you did, I missed it, don't need to know, but in my book, anyone big enough to offer up a public apology, stands pretty tall and deserves respect. Soooo, where are your pictures???

Me too... I have hundreds if not thousands of pictures of flowers. So don't even get me started.

Some of these are very nice Nikon John. I really like the Christmas Cactus near the beginning and a Morning Glory picture somewhere in the middle. I'm posting a couple of my flower pictures for critique if anyone would be kind enough to look at them and be gentle!

;-)

Please don't crop too much, but like you said, if you keep one of the original, you can copy it and play with it all you want.

I'm not good enough at this to critique anyone's work, so this is just my opinion as to what I would like if they were mine. They are gorgeous, but I'd kill the flower pots with a dark green ot black bg. That's IF they were mine, remember? Maybe someone with more talent that I, would NOT, so please don't feel that I'd want to ruin your beautiful photo. I'd either crop the Spider Wort just a little or "soften" the edges quite a bit. I's leave the Clematis alone. Just me and I am no expert by any stretch of the imagination. An expert might tell you to leave them all alone.

I would show you the photos of my orbital death ray with which I and SPECTRE will take over the world but she isn't quite ready yet. among my other interests besides world domination include civil war memorabillia and books, Also collecting police, fire and ems patches. the first photo shows a copy of Lee's Liuetanints perhaps the finest book on leaders and leadership written.on the cover i have put a couple of minne balls, the rounds used by both sides. below is a recovered saddle bag buckle and a reciever to a musket or rifle recovered in the Kennasaw georgia area. The next couple of photos are just a few of the over 200 patches in my collection, laid out over my police t shirt. lets see photos of your other hobbies.

Love the hummer having a snack and the Eden climber is a winner.

Thanks John, the hummer was an agressive little girl. One day when I was filling the feeder, she attacked me. I guess she thought I was stealing her food.
She thought she was doing me some real harm, diving at and pulling on my shirt. I never felt it but it sure was funny!

This is the best paint job on any airplane I ever saw, it cost Alaska Airlines about $500000.The plane is Boeing 737 but it is called Salmon-Thirty-Salmon.
All photos taken with "bridge" P&S cameras.

Trickster! You had me thinking pretty hard. I was thinking that must be a pretty tasty salmon!
Beautiful photos!
