Jesus was the first act of creation by God. And together they created the universe, earth and everything in existance. God sent Jesus in human form to Earth as a perfect example for man to imulate. Many have tried, all have failed. Everything that Jesus did on Earth was for the design of Gods purpose for man, the miraculous powers was given to Jesus by God, just as Samsons strength was given by God. Others have opined about the death of so many? Samson killded thousands, but as were many they were enemies of God boound for destruction. A word to the wise?
Fantom,what you don't understand is that "Free Will" is the wedge in man's heart that widens the gulf between man and God. Which lead to first sin. The Garden of Eden was a perfect place and because of free will i.e. sin man was cast out. If it werenot for sin we could still be living in a perfect place. That is why God delivered his earthly Son Jesus as a means of a propischiation for our sins and all you have to do is ask to be forgiven, but pride stands in your way. That is what the last 8,000 years of history has been about. God proving that man will never be able to govern himself because of his inate sinfull nature. Jesus will return and rule Earth for a 1,000 years of peace and prosperity, after which time the judgments will be given and eternity begins. It is my wish and Gods that everyone will be there, but they will not, because of free will.

Why do you suppose that God created such a vast Universe? That is one thing that science does prove. That it is there, not a figment of imagination and that its vastness is unmeasurable. They prove it daily. The Psalms note that "the handywork of the heanens was created to show man Gods ultimate power", for no other reason. I revel in that to know that someday I will be able to travel among the universe unbounded by time or space in ways that our minds cannot even comprehend. So waste away your life, it is the only one you will get. Divide your years by infinity, kind of insignificant isn't it?

God gave the dominion over the animals to mankind in Genisis and intended for man to use them as he saw fit.
