there are several variables at play.
It would help to see the metadata to have abetter understanding of things being blurry, etc.
However, it is important to realize how camera meters work. They are programed to read the world as a middle gray value and you will need to test your specific camera to determine just how much over exposure is needed to give you white with details.
Go to your menu and find auto bracketing and indicated you want to do the exposure mode.
Then go to the function button and use the command dial to indicate how many exposures you want to make. WIth this camera you can do up to 9 exposures.
