I'd love to, but just the other day I asked to see a lawyer, about another issue, and she said "100.00 for the first half hour. Needless to say I just thanked her, and left.

I agree lawyers are full of them self's BUT, when you need an answer fast and lawful $100.oo is not really that much. imagine what a lawsuit would cost! I paid $100.oo to a lawyer { just a couple questions} when I lived in Portland or. about a real estate issue, turned out I was right { and I thought he was right} that $100.oo saved me $2800.oo, best $100.oo I ever spent!!
you will get the # of the law you are interested in, copy it and carry it around with you ,then when someone says something, hand them a copy of the law!!!!!! it saves a lot of arguing

open ps12 go to "edit" top of page go down to "preferences" then over to "plug-ins" that will open a "preference box" click on "plug-ins" check mark "additional plug in folder" go to the "choose button" and look for your "topazlabs" folder { default goes to C:/program files/topaz labs },open, then press ok, if I remember you have to close ps12 and reopen, you may even have to restart your computer, I had the same problem the other day when I downloaded topaz, it worked in cc but not 12, after I did this it worked!! good luck

I just got the 10-20 mm sigma 4 5.6 for my d3200 I wanted a wide angle but did not want to spend the money to JUST have A FISHEYE laying around.{could have bought a lens attachment for that}... On 10mm it is like just at that fraction of mm of being a fish eye but yet not. then at 11mm to 20mm is wide angle, although I have never taken a photo under 10mm.. I would think, you would have to be at 9mm or below to be {WHAT, I WOULD CALL} a fisheye photo,

True. I meant that if you look up SanDisk or Lexar CF cards on B&H or other sites, they are all type I. The type II cards are bigger, and were usually "microdrives". That technology is basically extinct, it basically went away when laptops stopped having "PC card" slots and switched to "SD card" slots.

got it...thanx

I'm pretty sure all the CF cards you will look at are type I.

Look up the card on B&H. They will include the capacity (GB) and the read and write speeds (MB/s). Those three numbers are basically what you need to decide.

For example, the approximate speeds for two Lexar levels are
* Lexar 800x: read 120MB/s, write 45MB/
* Lexar 1066x: read 160MB/s, write 150MB/s

d800 user manual "use type I compact flash cards"...{type II and micro drives cannot be used" just starting out on the path of learning about cf, cards, thans for help

Other than that, have a look at page 435 of your manual, it specifically mentions Lexar cards.
...I see some cards are not marked type I, etc. how would I identify between them? some information is hard to find, went to lexars site to find what all markings meant! could not find, but always on the search for information......

I have noticed in the process of buying cf cards for my d 800, the write speed differs from 200x to 1000x in 200x increments. does the d800 require 1000x write speed? I do not want the camera to freeze up while shooting. I actually would not even know how to begin to do the math, any help/information would be appreciated. {am looking at Lexar}
