I took these of the Eastern Carpenter Bee. Hard to believe the color difference.

Back on 6-10-13 I posted some pics of House Finches that were coming to my new bird feeder. They were the only ones for a week but that has changed. Attached are just a few more. Grackles sure do like to try and take over.

House Sparrow

Juvenile Northern Cardinal

Blue Jay

This House Finch was coming in to land on the feeder.

I have asked several birders if they knew what this young bird was and nobody could give a for certain answer. I am hoping some one on this site could help me or direct me in a direction to get an answer. Thank you for your help. This was taken in Atlantic Beach, NC.

I am using both black sunflower seed and a song bird mix. May just take time for them to find it. Thanks for the suggestions. Looking forward to seeing more birds.

I put up my first bird feeder at my house. So far the only ones using it are House Finches.

Went out to take pictures of birds but they seemed to have flown somewhere else, but this little fella came along and put on a show. Please critique.

I was at a local drive in getting something to eat when I noticed a Bluebird box. As I always have my camera with me I was able to have some unexpected fun.

I was able to use PS 7 and LR4 together. I was using Windows Vista. I brought the images in in LR and then export to PS 7.
