Talk about being in the right place at the right time...Great photos !
Everything starts with the first step and it looks like you got a good start. I shoot hundreds of photos to get one or two that I think are passable. Experiment and shoot everything in sight under all weather and light conditions and soon you will be able to decide for yourself if the photos are worthy of printing and / or showing .
Thank you for your reply. Although I am experienced in color, composition etc. ..having a Masters in Fine Arts ,I sometimes have difficulty with technical matters . I will check this out with my Camera store where there are a couple of sales persons who are very knowledgeable with such matters. I started photography seriously while on tour in VietNam 1966-1968. Shooting without a flash is obvious. I prefer not to use one but on occasion it is a must.
I usually take photos in natural light. On occasion flash is required. All flash photos with the Metz are completely a "White out". I need to know how to synchronize the flash to the camera?
