This lens is Sold - Thank You
I would like to thank those who have purchased the cameras and lens that I had for sale. I have one Sigma lens, Canon mount left. It is an excellent sharp lens with no scratches on the glass or dust in the lens. It is ready to go shoot all matter of wildlife. It is time for others to enjoy this lens. Please take a look at it on the website and I can even send you more pictures if you need them. It is USA not grey market purchased from B&H.

The pictures are on my website. You can pay for them there and I will pay the insurance and ship them for free in the USA. If you are out of the USA lets talk. I shoot with Canon cameras. I use back button focus on the AF button and I and very weird I use partial metering. I also shoot in Kelvin. That should not effect flash. On your camera one dial controls aperature and one dial controls shutter, just move shutter dial until compensation is underexposed, look at the scale along the bottom of your view finder. Try putting the flash on the camera and increase and decrease power as needed.

Try this, I do it like this. Manual mode, ISO - Auto, f stop 2.8 or wide open, shutter speed 1000 of a second or decrease your compensation 1 or 2 full stops. This will increase your shutter speed. Your flash should be approx. +1 this will vary according to your desired brightness on your subject. If you can take your flash off of your camera with pocket wizards or some equivalent. This will darken background, make bluer skies and improve your overall image appearance. Give it a try.

Can you auto focus fine tune the camera for the lens. You might want to try this. I have to fine tune each lens I have for my Canon cameras. I have this lens and it is great. I just suspect a little tuning and it will be fine.

I have the 5D Mark lll and the 70-200 2.8 L it is all you will need to do the wedding. I have several others 50 mm 1.2 and 85 1.2 but the main lens I always use at weddings is the 70-200 Cannon. I have tried several other brands and they are good but the quality difference is noticeable. Just my 2 cents.

You might want to take a wireless remote trigger. It helps because the exposures will be long between 2-5 seconds.

If you are going to Owl or Rattlesnake Canyons then the 55-200 would be fine but in upper rattlesnake it is to close. I would rent the 14-24. That would be perfect. The canyon is tight.

I just returned from upper antelope canyon. I booked with Adventurous Antelope Canyon Photo Tours. They were excellent and had us at the canyon at the right time in order to see the light beams. I do have to say that the large number of people can be annoying but just be prepared for it and you will be fine. I used excessively a 24x70 lens the entire time and got along just fine. You do NOT want to change any lens in the canyon. Make sure you take a tripod and patience and you will be amazed. We booked the three canyon tour and loved every minute. Have the time of your life.
