Excellent point. Trump wins only if millions of voters are disenfranchised through no fault of their own. The voters didn't commit fraud; they followed the law as it existed when they cast their ballots. I can't imagine a court disenfranchising that many people. If they thought the covid-related changes to election law in the various state were illegal, they should have brought their lawsuits before the election and before the votes were cast, not after it was over. And it was clear before the election that mail in ballots were going to create a blue wave--everything you read in the papers said that those voting by mail were overwhelmingly Democrats. That's why Trump declared "victory" before the absentees/mail-in votes were counted. Yet, the Trump people waited to file their litigation until the election was over. Are they that incompetent? Or did they know Trump was going to lose the election one way or the other, so they decided to just wait until after the election and then throw a bunch of lawsuits against the wall to keep the base charged up and keep the $ coming in?

I have, at times, been a bas**rd in my posts; it bnefits no one. I don't like the way I feel afterwards. If by "refining" you mean the general definition of "making pure", I would be honored but I am unsure that is true - though I do try.

PHCann... I am so weary of the angry polarization. What happened outside the Mich. Sec. of State HOME really troubles me. If I add fuel to the fire (or ice to the polarization), I am doing us all a disservice. We can't sustain the democracy if we carry this polarization forward... we are only making it worse. No extreme is correct (please note I did not say "no extreme is right"). It's got to stop or it's going to break the country and likely require martial law to bring us back. However, if that happens, our generation will be the first since the War Between the States to seriously damage the Union. I don't want to be a part of that disaster.

As for the water leak... it was a water leak as stated in the letter from The State Farm facility management. A pipe burst, a water main break, a urinal overflowing. All of them would result in water leakage which was reported. You're really splitting hairs on this one.

Blurry, you are entitled to your opinion and you rely on sources that favor your beliefs. That's called bias and I think anyone who states an opinion is biased to one degree or another.

Do you trust the courts? It's a simple yes/no decision.
