Not only that but the Ray has it's dorsal fin removed. I am not a tree hugger but I wouldn't post pictures like that on the internet without an explanation. It seems to indicate to me the fish was kept for its dorsal fin I would guess to make soup with. I can't think of any other reason. Without an explanation it leads the reader (me) to think this majestic fish was killed solely for its fin.
Best bird pictures I have ever seen on here. It would be nice if when people post pictures they at least give the name of the lens they are using. I don't need to know camera, f/stop, ISO etc. but I would like to know, especially when it comes to animal pictures, whether the person got that close or the lens did...
