I have an R5 and an it's 2nd round of numbering and yes, it gets worm when shooting constantly nbuit only worm. No problem. I shoot HDR and that is 3 shots every squeeze.
Look-up Mike Moats, has a lot of info
I now stop buying Tripods after, going to a store with the equipment I want to use ( Camera and Lenses) and putting them on different tripods to see how comfortable I was them as to hight, setting up and using my stuff on them.
Do you really need a macro lend. Tamron stoped making them because the new regular lenses seem to be doing it.
Before I went too deep into this, look up Mike Moat, he has been teaching it of 20 years or so.
Don't understand---- You spend thousands on Cameras, Lenses and equipment. Buy a good printer. You spend money and time, traveling to shoot picture, use a "not cheep" software to prepare it and the compromise on the ink to show your final product.
Does it or can it fit your camera?
Fine Art in photography is something we strive for, and for me it's always ahead. Neve give up for striving for it and raising the bar.
I found you need to take them one at a time and let them run or walk at their own speed. Some pick it up and want to go and others will end up dropping out. I support them all but found that a one on one gave the best results. They also have a great difference in the vision of photography between an early teen to and older one.

My wife just showed me a article that had a woman, in Texas, bake bread in 45 min in her mail box.
Definition of good? Price? f stop? I buy decent lenses, I don't buy f2 type as I never use that f stop. Today, especially with my Canon R5, I found all the Canon lenses are great. I carry a 28 to 240, a 100 to 400 and a 2X extender. I covers me from 23 to 800 in one small pack. Also have a supper wide 11-24, a TS 18 and a 100 Macro with adapters for the R.
Plan to go to Alaska with my small pack next Spring.
We each do our own thing.
First thing I would do is back up again and still have 2.
