My XP machine is still running just fine. I bought a Windows7 CD online and used "Clean Install". XP is gone and Windows7 runs fine. I recently added a SSHD which is supposed to be faster. The machine comes up and goes down much faster than it did but overall I don't think it is that much faster. In Comparing the SSHD on my 32bit machine to a Non-SSHD on my 64bit laptop and the 64bit is not that much faster now than the 32bit desktop is.
There are few companies that manufacture computers. The only real difference is the kind of tech support/service you get from one to the other.
Windows 8 has caused a lot of frustration from some folks. If you could find one with Windows 7 in it, you might be better off.
While laptops are meant to be carried around from place to place, I think you'll find they will last longer if you leave them on your desk. I have two HPs right now. One has a bad screen in it. I bought it in 2007. The other one is a 2010 and it runs just fine.
My daughter took her phone to the store. Turns out the problem is the cable. Issue fixed.
Thanks. I'll pass this back to where I received the information.
remove the battery, then place it in a bag of rice. Be sure to plug it in to recharge before trying it and assuming it s destroyed.
Hello. This is Ted M from Florida currently visiting the US in a travel trailer. We are in Oregon - heading for Washington. I have a Canon
which is heavy around the neck so I recently purchased a Nikon Coolpix 830. If I could see what I am shooting I would like it better.
With children in NJ, Co. & FL., we travel a lot each year. Our travels can be seen at:
