I don't think I have the space for all the curio cases I would need. Let's see -- Pentax SLR bodies and lenses, Nikon SLR bodies and lenses, Canon non-autofocus SLR bodies and lenses, Olympus SLR bodies and lenses, Leica bodies and lenses, all-in-one cameras, twin-lens cameras, various European bodies and lenses, various other accessories for each maker, slide duplicators, and oh yeah, some Minolta lenses. I think I don't want to face the music as to "wasted" money, but at the time, all of it seemed logical.

We have family in Ca. We visit almost every year. We have been up the Coast Highway to Hearst Castle. about 4 years ago. Hearst was the Newspaper guy. His daughter was kidnapped many years ago. Solvang is a beautiful little town. Lots of Danish Pastry shops. Music was played all day. Horse and buggy rides was the order of the day. And many wind Mill type stores. On your way to Solvang there is a place called Madonna Inn. It looks like a cave inside and has a Must see bathroom. Its strange. Big shells for sinks and a waterfall in the men's room about the size of a fireplace. If you go to the L.A. Arboretum you can visit the location of the old Fantasy Island house every Christmas they have a house tour. It was from the TV show. L.A. Arboretum , Its actually outside of Pasadena in Arcadia Ca. Santa Anita Race Track is also there. Huntington Gardens is in San Marino Ca. Hope you have a great trip !
